Sweepstakes begins on November 1, 2011 at 12:00 A.M. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on November 30, 2011 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET.

Open only to natural persons who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the United States or the District of Columbia, excluding residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, and Rhode Island, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, established at the time of entry, and who are legally capable of owing real estate.

There are two ways in which an Entrant who has already registered for the Sweepstakes through the Page process above may receive one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes. During the Sweepstakes Period, an Entrant may visit a participating Pulte Homes sales office during regular business hours and request that the Pulte Homes office manager, or other designated employee, provide the Entrant with a print out containing a code. The Entrant may take that code, return to the Page, log on by entering his/her e-mail address and enter the code in accordance with the instructions on the Page prior to the end of the Sweepstakes Period for an additional entry into the Sweepstakes. If the Entrant is unable to visit a participating Pulte Homes sales office, then the Entrant may receive a second entry into the Sweepstakes by hand-writing his/her name, valid e-mail address, address (P.O. Boxes not accepted), daytime and evening phone numbers, and date of birth on a 3"x5" card and mail this entry to Zillow® & Pulte Homes® I Want A New Pulte Home! Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325.

An Entrant may have a maximum of two (2) entries into the Sweepstakes. One entry must be the initial entry on Facebook and the second entry may either be through the code obtained from a Pulte Homes sales office or the mail in entry. Limit of one (1) e-mail address submitted per Entrant.

Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner who can select to receive only one of the following prizes:

A Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollar ($350,000 USD) Retail Credit towards a new Pulte Homes brand home. The Credit may be used towards the purchase of the home itself at retail value, lot premium (if applicable), and Pulte Homes provided options for the home. The Credit may only be used towards a new home in a participating Pulte Homes brand community.
OR
Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000). The Grand Prize Winner may elect to receive a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner in the amount of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000).

To eliminate any chance of confusion, the Grand Prize Winner may select either the Pulte Home or the check in the amount of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000), not both. ARV: The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000).
