Drawings: On or about December 1, 2011, a random drawing from all eligible entries received will be conducted. Entrants need not be present to win. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Prize One (1) Grand Prize to consist of roundtrip air fare for winner and one (1) guest from the Southwest city of your choice from closest major airport to winner's residence served by Southwest Airlines on published scheduled service (subject to Southwest Airlines terms and conditions; certain restrictions may apply) to Las Vegas. Airline tickets awarded will expire on 12/31/12. Grand Prize also consists of two (2) tickets to the Michael Jackson Immortal World Tour show by Cirque du Soleil. Grand Prize to also include a two night stay at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.
Airfare is subject to Southwest Airlines terms and conditions; certain restrictions may apply. No blackout dates. Airline tickets awarded will be open origination and open destination and will expire on12/31/2012. Tickets issued by Southwest Airlines will bear the date of issue and the date of expiration. Expiration dates will not be extended, and tickets will not be refundable or redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets may not be sold to a third party. Tickets valid on Southwest-operated, published, scheduled service only from the airport nearest the winner's residence served by Southwest Airlines. If the winner does not live in a city served by Southwest Airlines, he/she is responsible for transportation to the nearest airport served by Southwest Airlines.
Approximate Retail Value of Each Grand Prize: $2,000
No substitutions, cash equivalents or transfers of prize permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Prize is not transferable (and must be accepted as awarded) and not redeemable for cash.
Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all legal U.S. residents of the 48 contiguous United States, excluding Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, 21 years and older as of November 30, 2011.
