Livedrive backs-up your entire hard-drive (PC or Mac), and your files can be accessed from anywhere, on any browser across desktop, mobile and tablet devices. Livedrive normally costs around £60/$90 a year, but if you're not successful in winning the iPad 2, you could win Livedrive for free, for life.
