Promotion begins on December 2, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 24, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia), Canada, and Puerto Rico who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A 1-year lease on a MINI Cooper Coupe. Acceptance of prize requires winner to sign a lease with MINI USA. Terms and conditions of lease apply. Sponsor will determine all features of automobile including but not limited to color of exterior and interior, and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by winner. Winner must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of insurance at time of delivery. Winner is responsible for title, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance and other fees associated with prize. Winner must take delivery of prize from the automobile dealership designated by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of MINI Coupe is $8,304 USD. Approximate Retail Value based on MSRP of $23,250 USD. MSRP includes automatic transmission, destination, and handling charges. Price excludes license, registration, taxes and options. Certain features may be optional. Actual price and option availability determined by the MINI dealer. Winner will be required to sign a 1-year lease agreement with MINI Financial Services using standard terms and conditions. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes Prize depend on the number of eligible entries gained during the Promotion Period.

TWO HUNDERD (200) THIRD PRIZES: A $25 donation to the Boys & Girls Club of America made in honor of the winner.
