The entry period for the Promotion starts on November 16, 2011 at 12:00 A.M., ET and ends on December 30, 2011 at 11:59:59 P.M., ET ("Promotion Period").
Limit of one (1) on-line entry per person during the Promotion Period regardless of the email address used
3.PRIZES & ODDS OF WINNING:
Weekly Sweepstakes Prize:Each Weekly Sweepstakes Winner will receive the following:
•One (1) $10 retail value Mega Bloks product; and
•Two (2) Gorton's VIP coupons (each good for one (1) free Gorton's product with a $6 retail value, for a total retail value of $12).
In total, 47 Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes will be awarded with an estimated retail value of $22.00 each (Total Retail Value: $1,034.00).
Grand Prize (1): Each Grand Prize Winner will receive the following:
•$500 retail value of Mega Bloks®products (with $250 of product going to the winner and $250 of product to be shipped directly to the charity of his or her choice);
•$250 retail value gift card for Amazon®, etc.; and
•$250 cash donation made by Gorton's in Grand Prize Winner's name to an approved charity of his or her choice (Gorton's will make donation directly to charity of choice. For additional requirements, see Paragraph 6, below).
In total, 4 Grand Prize Winners will be awarded with an estimated retail value of $1,000 each (Total Retail Value: $4,000.00). NOTE: Regardless of Prize won, it is not redeemable for cash; non-transferable (other than the charitable donations referenced herein) or substitutable except by Sponsor, who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a Prize or portion of a Prize with a prize of equal or greater value. All costs and expenses not specifically included above, e.g., all federal, state and local taxes, are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize or Weekly Sweepstakes Prize Winner. Limit of one Prize per household address. Odds of winning a Weekly Sweepstakes depend on the total number of all eligible entries received up to the date of that respective Weekly Sweepstakes random drawing; odds of winning the Grand Prize Sweepstakes depend upon the total number of all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
