Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions outside of the United States and where otherwise prohibited by law) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry in the Sweepstakes

Photo Requirements. The submission of a photo with an entry is optional
Prize. The Winner will receive the following:
• A trip to Couture's Maple Shop & Bed and Breakfast in Westfield, VT (the "Farm") for the Winner and up to three guests, which will include:
o Four nights lodging (one suite with two rooms, double occupancy) at Couture's Maple Shop & Bed and Breakfast. Lodging includes an organic breakfast at the Farm for the Winner and his/her guests for four mornings during their stay at the Farm. If any guests are minor children, the Winner must be the parent/legal guardian of the minor child/children. The Winner will be asked to provide three choices of dates between May 15, 2012 and July 30, 2012 for the trip. Sponsor will work with the Farm to choose one of Winner's three date choices. If the Winner's schedule changes and Winner is unable to take the trip during the selected date, this portion of the prize will be forfeited.
o Roundtrip coach airfare between the major commercial airport closest to the Winner's
residence for the Winner and up to three guests to Burlington, VT. If the Winner resides
within 200 miles radius of the Farm, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air
transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize
value.
o Allowance up to $300.00 for the actual cost of a five-day rental of an environmentallyfriendly and fuel-efficient car such as a hybrid car (or if a hybrid car is not available a midsize car) to travel between Burlington airport and Couture's Maple Shop & Bed and Breakfast and $50.00 for gas. In the event the Winner prefers not to drive to the Farm, the Winner will be reimbursed up to $350.00 for the actual cost of his/her transportation via car service to the Farm; the Winner will not receive $50.00 for gas if such service is used.
o Allowance up to $50.00 for the actual cost of a car service or taxi from Winner's residence to the departure airport (and return trip) or parking at the departure airport.
o Meal allowance, up to $120.00 per dinner for four dinners (total of $400.00), and $60.00 per lunch for four lunches (total of $240.00), for a maximum aggregate total of $720.00, during Winner's stay at the Farm.
o A Food, Inc. DVD
o A Camera/Flip with a retail value of no more than $150.00.
o An educational experience on the Farm for the Winner and his/her guests.
o A tour of the Farm.
The Sponsor will be responsible for arranging flight (or ground transportation), car rental (or car
service) and lodging reservations (in connection with which the Winner will be consulted).
A fridge makeover, which includes:
o One (1) hour consultation with a nutritionist ("Nutritionist") by phone or in person
depending on geography, with a value not to exceed $150.00. Winner will be asked to
provide three choices of dates and times between May 15, 2012 and July 30, 2012 for the
consultation. Sponsor will work with the nutritionist to choose one of Winner's three date and time choices. If the Winner's schedule changes and Winner is unable to attend the
consultation during the selected date and time, this portion of the prize will be forfeited.
o A variety pack of coupons for free Stonyfield products, including: 10 coupons for free
Stonyfield milk, 20 coupons for free Stonyfield 6 oz yogurt cups, 10 coupons for free
Stonyfield 5.3 oz Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, 10 coupons for free Stonyfield frozen yogurt pints, and 10 coupons for free Stonyfield 32 oz yogurt quarts.
o A gift certificate to a local grocery store for a $500.00 shopping trip to stock Winner's fridge and pantry with healthy supplies The trip and fridge makeover are collectively called the "Prize". Approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Prize is $4,900.00.
