Sweepstakes begins at 10:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on November 21, 2011 and ends at 4:59:59 PM ET on November 7, 2012.
Open only to legal U.S. residents currently residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding New Jersey, U.S. possessions, territories, overseas military installations in foreign countries and Puerto Rico) who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of primary residence as of November 21, 2011.

When you submit an entry, you will automatically be entered into the corresponding Monthly Prize Drawing, the corresponding Quarterly Prize Drawing and the Grand Prize Drawing. Receive an additional entry into the Grand Prize Drawing for each friend you invite that subsequently registers for the Sweepstakes through your link. All eligible Monthly entries must be received by 9:59 AM ET on the 7th of each month (as defined below), with the exception of the last month, which will end at 4:59 PM ET on November 7, 2012, to be entered into that Month's corresponding Monthly Prize Drawing, that corresponding Quarterly Prize Drawing and the Grand Prize Drawing.
Limit one Monthly Prize entry per person/email address per month and three Quarterly Prize entries per person/email address per Quarter during the Sweepstakes Period.
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, which consists of a 14-day/13-night stay at the winner's choice of either Marriott's Kauai Lagoons – Kalanipu'u, Marriott's KoOlina Beach, or Marriott's Maui Ocean Club. Grand Prize includes Sponsor-specified accommodations in a two-bedroom villa (six person occupancy) one million HawaiianMiles, and $10,000 in Visa® gift cards, for the Grand Prize winner only. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $34,324.
Quarterly Prizes: Four (4) Quarterly Prizes will be awarded, each of which consists of a $1,000 Visa® gift card. The ARV of each Quarterly Prize is $1,000.
Monthly Prizes: Twelve (12) Monthly Prizes will be awarded, each of which consists of a Sponsor-specified Canon PowerShot digital camera. The ARV of each Monthly Prize is $349.99.
Total ARV of all prizes: $42,523.88. Limit one Monthly and one Quarterly Prize per person, per household.
Grand Prize must be used by December 15, 2013. Certain restrictions and blackout dates apply. Major credit card required at check-in to cover any incidental charges. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Sweepstakes. Grand Prize winner may choose from Marriott's Kauai Lagoons – Kalanipu'u, on Kauai, Marriott's KoOlina Beach on Oahu, or Marriott's Maui Ocean Club on Maui. Grand Prize winner may divide 14-day/13-night stay into two consecutive stays on two different Hawaiian Islands (from those listed above), subject to Sponsor approval and availability.
