ELIGIBILITY: The Purina Pet Lovers Instant Win Game (the "Game") is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States (including D.C.) who are 18 years of age (19 years of age in AL and NE, 21 in MS) or older at time of participation and who own at least one dog or one cat, or both. Employees (and household or family members of such employees) of Nestlé Purina PetCare Company ("Sponsor") and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, including the Administrator of this Game, and each of their affiliates are not eligible. Internet access is required to participate.

PRIZES: A total of five thousand (5,000) Instant Win Game prizes will be available during the Promotion Period.
Ten (10) Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize winner will receive a Dyson DC25 Animal Plus Vacuum. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $500.00/each.
Thirty (30) First Prizes: Each First Prize winner will receive one (1) year's worth of Purina® brand Pet Food awarded in the form of twelve (12) coupons, each redeemable for one (1) free, up to $25.00, bag of Purina® brand Pet Food, any size, any variety. ARV: $300.00/each.
Thirty (30) Second Prizes: Each Second Prize winner will receive a Purina® Pet Gear cat or dog toy based on his/her preferred selection at registration. Receiving the preferred cat or dog toy is subject to availability. Sponsor makes no guarantee that winner will receive the toy of his/her choice. ARV: $6.50/each.
Four Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty (4,930) Third Prizes: Each Third Prize winner will receive one (1) coupon redeemable for one (1) free, up to $5.00, 13 oz. or smaller package of Purina® Dog Snacks or Purina® Cat Snacks, any variety. ARV: $5.00/each.
TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $38,845.
PRIZE AWARD: Limit one (1) prize per person/e-mail address.
