Sweepstakes, which consists of two separate promotions, begins January 24, 2012 at 12:00:00 p.m. ET (noon) and ends on February 14, 2012 at 12:00:00 p.m. ET (noon).
Open to all legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

After completing the entry form, Entrants will be given an opportunity to share information regarding the Sweepstakes to their friends and connections. The shared information will include a referral for the friend to enter the Sweepstakes and instructions in how to do so. For each friend or connection that follows an Entrant's referral and the instructions to successfully complete the entry form, the referring Entrant will earn one (1) additional entry into the Grand Prize Promotion (defined below).
Limit one (1) entry per person (regardless of the number of Facebook accounts held by that person).
Grand Prize (1): Roundtrip airfare for winner and one travel companion (over 18) and a five (5) night stay at The Grand Wailea – A Waldorf Astoria Resort located at 3850 Wailea Alanui Drive; Wailea, Maui, HI 96753 (ARV: $4500.00). The Grand Prize is subject to the award carrier's terms and conditions, including without limitation black-out dates, travel restrictions, and airline carrier restrictions. The provided airfare and hotel accommodations will consist of coach-class airfare between a major airport near Winner and a major airport in Hawaii, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations for winner for up to five (5) nights. The dates of all travel and lodging accommodations will be arranged by Sponsor and are within its sole discretion. Travel costs, tax, gratuity, meals, room service, souvenirs, and any other costs or expenses (e.g., room service, wi-fi, meals, spa, room upgrades) not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner and travel companion.
Weekly Prizes:
Selected winners do not have a choice of the prize awarded.
