open only to legal residents of Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
begins at 12:00:01 AM Mountain Time (MT) on December 31, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Mountain Time (MT) on March 31, 2012
Each participant will be limited to submitting one entry only.
A participant fills out a Refer a Friend form (form is available after completing the Sweepstakes registration form located at facebook.com/SFTCS and SFTCS-FB.com) with the name and valid email addresses of up to Five (5) people who are eligible (must be an Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Utah, or Wyoming resident and 18 years old at the time of entry) to participate in the Sweepstakes. [2] If the Referred Friend thereafter registers for the Sweepstakes, all participants who submitted a Refer a Friend form with the name and valid e-mail address of that Referred Friend will automatically receive one additional Sweepstakes entry (therefore increasing their odds of winning).
Prizes: Sponsor shall award the following Sweepstakes Prizes (the “Prize” / “Prizes”):
One (1) 16GB Unlocked iPhone® 4S (Approximate Retail Value of Prize is: $649.00)
One (1) one-year gym membership to a gym in the winner’s area, or $500 towards the purchase of a one year gym membership, whichever is less (Approximate Retail Value of Prize is: $550.00)
One (1) $550 gift card to the spa of the winner’s choice (Approximate Retail Value of Prize is: $550.00)
One (1) $550 gift card to a professional cleaning service of the winner’s choice (Approximate Retail Value of Prize is: $550.00)
