Open to all legal U.S. residents of the 50 United States (including D.C.), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Between 12:00:01 p.m. ET on 2/2/12 and 11:59:59 a.m. ET on 3/21/12
Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address, per day, regardless of the method of entry.
PRIZES/ODDS: GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 4-day/3-night travel package for winner and up to four (4) guests to dine with Felicity Huffman in California. Travel package includes: (i) round-trip coach airfare for winner and up to four (4) people (who must be at least 18 years of age) from the major airport nearest the winner's residence to California (if Grand Prize winner resides within 250 miles of destination, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of airfare and no cash difference will be awarded); (ii) three (3) nights' hotel accommodations in the form of two (2) standard rooms, double-occupancy (hotel to be determined solely by Sponsor); (iii) ground transfers for up to five (5) people to/from airport to hotel and hotel to meet and greet with celebrity; (iv) $1,000 spending money payable to Grand Prize winner in the form of a check; (v) a meal for winner and guests with Felicity Huffman in California while on the trip, location and time to be determined solely by Sponsor. In the event Felicity Huffman is unavailable and/or this portion of the Grand Prize is unable to be awarded for any reason, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, eliminate this portion of the Grand Prize, and award $100 to winner in lieu of the meet and greet with the celebrity. Acceptance of the Grand Prize is subject to the travel conditions in Section 6 below. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $8,104.
Grand Prize winner and guests must be able to travel between 4/30/12 and 6/15/12 or trip
FIRST PRIZES (3): Three (3) First Prize winners will each receive a kitchen cart. ARV of each First Prize: $274.99.
SECOND PRIZES (500): Five Hundred (500) Second Prize winners will each receive a "Salad Party" package, which includes a recipe booklet and a free package of DOLE Salad (to be awarded in the form of one (1) coupon, good for one (1) free bag of salad up to a maximum retail price of $4.99). ARV of each Second Prize: $4.99.
