Only legal residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Vermont are eligible to enter. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older, and must own a single family, detached home in one of the states listed above to be eligible to enter.

begins on February 1, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on August 31, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. PT

Limit one entry per person.

PRIZES/ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize is available and will be awarded, provided sufficient eligible entries are received. The Grand Prize shall be awarded as follows (only one of the following shall be awarded):

(A) If Grand Prize winner did not purchase a Real Goods Home Solar Electric System during the Sweepstakes Period, the winner will receive one Home Solar Electric System from Real Goods up to four kilowatts DC with standard roof installation included (the "System"; ARV: up to $25,000.00). The Grand Prize includes a site analysis of your home by Sponsor and the design and installation of the System, all at dates and times convenient to winner. Winner is responsible for cost of the System above four kilowatts DC and for costs associated with installation beyond standard roof installation. Actual retail value of the System may vary depending on winner's residence.

OR

(B) If Grand Prize winner purchased a Real Goods or Alteris Home Solar Electric System during Sweepstakes Period, winner will receive a one-time cash payment equal to the actual retail value of the System purchased by winner (ARV: up to $25,000.00)

OR

(C) If Grand Prize winner purchased a Real Goods or Alteris Home Solar Electric System during Sweepstakes Period and winner has a lease or finance contract with one of Sponsor's third-party financing partners, winner will receive a one-time cash payment equal to the actual retail value of the System purchased by winner (ARV: up to $25,000.00)
