Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on February 6, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (EST) on March 6, 2012.

Open and offered only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) Continental United States including the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age as of February 2, 2012.

Participants choose one (1) Vespa customized by kate spade new york which they would like to enter for a chance to win and one (1) kate spade new york outfit which they would wear while riding that Vespa, which will be their Entry. Participant must then complete all the requested information on the entry form including first and last name, email address, zip code, and opt-in for newsletters.

Two (2) Grand Prize winners will be selected from a random drawing on or about March 8, 2012 from among all eligible entries. One (1) winner will be drawn from all those that selected the Spotted Floral Vespa LX 50 4V customized motor scooter as the prize choice in their entry form and One (1) winner will well be drawn from all those that selected the Japanese Floral Vespa LX 50 4V customized motor scooter as the prize choice in their entry form.

Two (2) Grand Prize Winners, upon confirmation of eligibility, will each receive the following prize package; One (1) kate spade new york inspired custom painted Vespa LX 50 4V motor scooter, along with one (1) $500 kate spade new york credit.

Each Grand Prize winner will receive the Vehicle that they chose in their Entry and will not be allowed to change their Entry. The kate spade new york Credit can be used online at www.katespade.com or at any kate spade new york retail store in the US. Credit expires 12/31/ 2012. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each prize package is $3,799. ARV of total prize pool is $7,598. Each Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for any additional costs associated with the Vehicle, including without limitation title, tax, license, PDI (pre-destination inspection), registration, shipping, insurance, and any additional accessories and options as agreed to between winner and the authorized Vespa USA dealership location at which the vehicle will be delivered, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for pick-up of the Vehicle at a time and location determined in the sole discretion of the Sponsor (Sponsor will endeavor, as a courtesy, to select a dealership close to the residence of each of the Grand Prize Winners). Each Grand Prize Winner (or his/her parent/legal guardian, if applicable) is also responsible for shipping organization and shipping charges from the authorized Vespa USA dealership where pick up is scheduled to any other location if Grand Prize Winner is unable or unwilling to accept delivery at such dealership. All Sweepstakes entrants are only eligible to win one (1) prize package.
