Psychology... usually life-span development. I'll be a family therapist by trade but I don't mind teaching a class or two on the side. Most of the college kids are really sweet and I'm not much older than them, so it's fun for me. Smilie
I teach a college class where the kids aren't much older than me as well. I'm having a hard time with my older students, though. I teach a night class, and I have several students who came back to school. However, they don't respect me very much. I really wish I looked just a little older. My traditional undergrads like me a lot and come by to chat, but the older ones aren't so into it...but I think it's also partly the nature of the class.

I haven't had any older students yet, but some of my colleagues have had similar experiences. Especially with older students kind of disregarding instructors' "authority" because of their age. That must be tough to get them to take you seriously. shake head

I was actually nervous when I started teaching because I'm young, and I thought the undergrads wouldn't respect me because I wasn't older. Luckily that hasn't really been the case; they seem more comfortable approaching me because I'm closer to their age... well, for the most part. There will always be the students who are all, "Pfft, she's still in grad school, what does she know?" laugh out loud

Ooh I need a new cheap curling iron!

Does anyone know what the cheapest filler on folica is?

Also are the mini body spritzes like Very Sexy still $10 in store at VS?

Hey girls...quick question -

If I have a bottle of perfume that was purchased in store, can I return it via mail with my online purchases as a "gift" for merch credit? I don't think I recall there being any difference in the packages...

I do it on a different account from the original order. Just put that customer number in and leave the order number blank. There will be a box to check for a gift return.

You rock, as usual.

I got it in store, I just wanted to return it for merch credit instead and not have to go to a different store to do it. I'll add it to the box I am filling up now. Thank you Wink

Thanks for the link. $15 sounds great! woot I'd like to find one for that. At that price, it would be worth trying out. I'm glad to hear it works for you. Maybe, I'll give it a try. I'm still trying to get comfortable with strapless bras. Embarrassment

I'm going to wait. nod

Would you recommend Redken Shampoo/Conditioner over the others? If so, which ones are good? I need to buy shampoo & conditioner for my guest bathroom. This code came out at a good time.

Yes! It's just the learning curve for not getting yourself burned and knowing how to hold the wand and your hair on both sides of your head. I'm now ambidextrous in doing this.

The regular curling irons are more difficult to control IMO. And it can snag hair. The clipless just burns ya Teehee

it's my 30-min babysitter laugh out loud

Hospital bills are a killer. Do you have insurance? We don't, because my DH is self employed & I have several pre-existing conditions. When I had my back surgery, they made us pay $10,000 cash, before they would even allow me to have it done.
Faint Wow! That is crazy! We didn't have insurance when I was pregnant with DD's since my hubby was self employed so we had to pay it all up front in cash too. I thought $3,000 was a lot to come up with, I can't even imagine being told $10,000! Frown

I can deal with burns if my hair looks good. Coverlaugh

Thanks for the recommendation. It looks like we can't buy those. Any other recommendations for shampoo & conditioner to get for my guest bathroom?

It is crazy. That's why I would like to have healthcare system similar to Canada's, but I don't want to open that can of worms here. I know not everyone agrees, so I'll leave it at that.
