The folks that made the error are contractors. That mostly explains why they thought their results would work with our systems.

Thanks, that's helpful! I can't tell you how many interviews I've cried at, and I always wonder "gee, how come these people never called me back?!"
I'm sure you'll do great. Just be yourself and sell why you are the best fit. If you want to be a teacher, I suggest you attack their grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc..
They all have PhDs. Their grammar, spelling and punctuation is better than mine, I'm sure.
