She was in the kitchen getting plates together, etc. I mean mom's not a little old lady and she's pretty progressive, but that one curse was probably one of the few words that would make me Blush around mom. The guys said it was a little racy, but I figured tv racy- like sex and the city or something. So I quickly cued up the other program. Apparently meth lab guy is less offensive to watch with mom than the cursy cartoon laugh out loud

I just talked to him and here's the deal. We were supposed to go in mid-January. I forgot we are going to the Inauguration and Inaugural Ball at that time so he will be making the appointment for February because he has other obligations in January also. We will have the date the beginning of December. I will still let you know just in case we can meet Rock Mal really should think February Whistling

Any possibility of coming in early January, before all that other stuff? I don't think Mal can do Feb. because she'll be back in school. Crying2

Dammit, why must this world try so hard to keep us apart? I think I know what it is... if we were to combine our awesomeness the world would probably explode and there would be bits of llama all over everything, and that's why this is proving to be so difficult. I will talk to him about it again. I think he may have a business trip in the beginning and that with the other trip was making it too much for January. Things could change...I know Washington is already set but if anything else changes I'm going to try and see if we can do January. Initially that was our plan according to his 6 month check up. It's bloodwork here now every 6 months then once a year the Mayo. We've stayed on schedule for....I think it's been 9 years. Sometimes we are off by a few weeks depending on schedules. Are you guys thinking beginning or end of Jan? My Dad said if you are north of Bloomington closer to Canada it's only like 4 hours. If it has to be Feb and you are available I would totally drive out your way and meet for dinner or something!!!! We usually stay a day or 2 extra to have fun so we will have time.

Oh okay. She's talking about coming to the Twin Cities sometime in the first half of January for a week and I'm going to meet her down there. Well that's the plan at the moment, anyway. laugh out loud

Yeah, it's about 4 hours to Bloomington from here. If I can swing coming down there once you know your dates I'll let you know. I'd feel bad if you drove all the way up here - this is the boring half of the state. I suppose we could possibly meet in Duluth though... that's the most 'happening' place in Northern MN.
