Game begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on 9/27/11 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 1/2/12.
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years and older.
HOW TO OBTAIN A GAME CODE: During the Promotion Period, look for the UPC on the outside of WONKA® EXCEPTIONALS Chocolate bars and bags OR, to obtain a free Game Code without purchase, visit www.wonka.com/goldenticket and follow the on-screen instructions to request a Game Code.
Limit: One (1) Game Code entry per person, per valid e-mail address, per day during the Promotion Period. Each person may only use one (1) e-mail address to participate in this Game, and such e-mail address may only be used by one person regardless of whether the e-mail address is shared by two or more people.
GRAND PRIZES (5): Five (5) Grand Prizes, each consisting of a 3-day/2-night trip to Los Angeles, California, for winner and one (1) guest and One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner. Trip portion of the Grand Prize includes:
(i) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from the major airport nearest the winner's residence to Los Angeles, CA (if Grand Prize winner resides within 200 miles of Los Angeles, CA, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air travel and no cash difference will be awarded)
(ii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy, as selected by Sponsor)
(iii) a WONKA® Chocolate tasting
(iv) a sightseeing tour of Los Angeles/Hollywood/Beverly Hills
(v) ground transportation between airport and hotel, and hotel and sponsored events
Approximate Retail Value "ARV" $102,500. Trip must be taken between 5/1/12 and 5/3/12. If winner is unable to travel on the dates specified, the trip portion of the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no cash substitutions will be given.
FIRST PRIZES (14): Fourteen (14) First Prizes, each consisting of a Kindle Wireless Reading Device, Wi-Fi, Graphite, 6" Display with New E Ink Pearl Technology and a $50 Amazon gift card, which may be used to purchase e-books (ARV: $190).
SECOND PRIZES (2,000): Two thousand (2,000) Second Prizes, each consisting of one (1) coupon good for one (1) free 3.5-oz. WONKA® EXCEPTIONALS Chocolate Bar (up to $2.39) (ARV: up to $2.39).
TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $519,940.
