Eligibility: Cultivate Kitchen Makeover Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Williams-Sonoma, Inc., ePrize, LLC, and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.
Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on February 13, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on April 9, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period") and consists of eight (8) weekly entry periods (each, an "Weekly Entry Period") and a grand prize entry period ("Grand Prize Entry Period") as outlined in the chart below.

Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Kitchen Makeover prize package including Tile from Walker Zanger, a Dishwasher from Miele, a Wine Fridge from Sub-Zero and Wolf, All Clad Cookware from Williams-Sonoma, Shun Knives from Williams-Sonoma, a Design Consultation (details of consultation determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), a $500 West Elm gift card (terms and conditions apply), and a $500 Pottery Barn gift card (terms and conditions apply). The exact contents of prize package will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $15,038.90.
EIGHT (8) WEEKLY PRIZES (one (1) per Weekly Entry Period): A $100 Williams-Sonoma gift card (terms and conditions apply). ARV: $100. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period. Limit: One (1) Weekly Prize per person.
