open to legal residents of the Continental United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry

Prizes: One winner will receive a $1,000 shopping spree at Macy's with Macy's Fashion Star celebrity Caprice Willard. Sponsor may elect a Macy's By Appointment representative to conduct the shopping spree if Caprice Willard becomes unavailable for any reason. Prize includes roundtrip economy airfare for winner from a major airport nearest winner's primarily residence to either New York City or Los Angeles (to be determined solely by Sponsor) for the shopping spree, and two (2) days / one (1) night hotel accommodations at a hotel selected by Sponsor. Winner must use the entire gift card during the shopping spree. Shopping spree is limited to clothing, shoes, accessories, fine jewelry, cosmetics and fragrances. All other departments including home and furniture etc. are explicitly excluded.
