1.Sweepstakes begin at 12:01 a.m. (E.S.T.) on March 21, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (P.S.T.) on May 5, 2012 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sweepstakes is sponsored by Rich Products Corporation (the "Sponsor"). The prizes are provided by Rich Products Corporation.
2. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open to legal US residents excluding Puerto Rico who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry, have an Internet connection, and who maintain a Facebook account.
3. How to Enter. To enter the Sweepstakes, access the entry form through the Pesos for Quesos tab on Facebook.com/FarmRich and submit all required fields with valid information. To qualify all entrants must be a Facebook fan of Farm Rich® at the time of the drawing. To be eligible, on-line entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (P.S.T.) on May 5, 2012.
4. How to Win. One grand prize (1) winner and six (6) weekly first prize winners will be selected at random from all valid entries. The weekly first prize drawing will be conducted each Monday through the six week promotional period. The grand prize drawing will be conducted by Scout Marketing at its offices on or about May 5, 2012.
Each first prize winner will receive one (1) $200 American Express Gift Card. Each Prize has an approximate retail value of $200.00. No substitution or transfer of prizes will be permitted. The grand prize winner will receive one (1) "Fiesta Grande" or cash equivalent. "Fiesta Grande" is $3,500 toward a large party thrown by winner. The sponsor will not host party; party will be up to the winner to execute. Prize has an approximate retail value of $3,500.00.
