Eligibility: open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States of America or Canada (except Quebec), and who are members of the Nickelback Fan Club prior to March 23, 2012, and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age

Prizes: One Grand Prize will be awarded for each of the seventeen (17) Nickelback concerts as set forth below, each prize consisting of two (2) reserved tickets and meet and greet with members of Nickelback. Seat locations at sole discretion of Sweepstakes Entities. Travel and accommodations not included. Approximate Retail Value of each Grand Prize is: Two Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($200.00).
