Eligibility: The S.H.I.E.L.D. Ops Challenge (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner must hold a valid driver's license. Employees of Rubin Postaer and Associates, American Honda Motor Co., Inc., B Reel, The Walt Disney Company, ePrize, LLC, and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.

Timing: The Promotion begins on April 2, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 31, 2012 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). Administrator's computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.

How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit www.shieldops.com and follow the instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including a valid home address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted) in order to play the Acura Avengers S.H.I.E.L.D Ops Games ("Games"). There are four (4) Games. To unlock a Game, you must first complete a short puzzle. Once you unlock a Game, you will not need to complete the puzzle on days you subsequently login. After you unlock a Game, follow the links and instructions to play the Game and accumulate points. As you accumulate points, you will be able to move up the six (6) levels within the Games. The number of points you need to move up to each level will be indicated within the Games. When you move up to level 2, 3, 4, and 5 within any of the Games, you will be invited to play the Instant Win Game at each level. You will only be invited to play the Instant Win Game the first time you move up to level 2, 3, 4 and 5 within any of the four (4) Games. The prizes you could win when you play the Instant Win Game depend on the level you have obtained. When you move up to level 6 within any Game, you will automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry. After reaching level 6, for any Game you complete you will receive one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry, up to a maximum of ten (10) Sweepstakes entries during the Promotion Period.

Limit: Each entrant may play the Instant Win Game four (4) times during the Promotion Period, one (1) time for obtaining levels 2, 3, 4 and 5 within a Game, and may receive a maximum of ten (10) Sweepstakes entries during the Promotion Period.
