How To Obtain Game Code: Look for a RED BARON™ Marvel's The Avengers Game Code inside specially marked packages of RED BARON® Baron's Best, Pizza and Sides and Classic Crust pizza, or on stickers affixed to specially marked packages of the indicated RED BARON® pizzas.

For a Code without purchase, send a 3" x 5" index card with your complete name, city/state & zip code of residence, and valid email address neatly hand printed in ink to RED BARON™ Marvel's The Avengers Promotion, Dept. H944387, PO Box 15163, White Bear Lake, MN 55110-0163, postmarked by May 25, 2012 and received prior to end of Promotion Period. Each request must be mailed separately. We will send you a unique code to the email address provided.

Beginning May 26, 2012 at 12:00:01 a.m. CT (but before end of Promotion Period), go to http://redbaron.com/amoe to fill out the code request form and a code will be emailed to you. Limit of one (1) request per day per person. CODE REQUESTS RECEIVED VIA WEBSITE PRIOR TO MAY 26, 2012 AT 12:00:01 AM CT WILL NOT BE HONORED. Each valid request will result in receipt of one (1) Code which will be provided via email to provided email address.

How to Play: During the Promotion Period, go to www.redbaron.com/avengers. Click on the RED BARON™ Marvel's The Avengers Game button. Then, create an account by providing your email address. Pick a password (to be used to access your account at a later time); security of your password is your sole responsibility. Next, enter Code, when prompted, to play the Game. After Code has been entered, you will see a short animation and, once the animation has concluded, you will be informed whether (or not) your game play is a prize winner and (if so) what prize you've won, subject to verification.

Regardless of whether your game play is a prize winner, you will receive one (1) additional game play if you "share" the Game with your friends via social media (from among the designated options on the web site) or email. The one (1) additional game play available by "sharing" must be used immediately after initial game play which preceded it.

Limit of five (5) Code entries per day per email address. Limit of one (1) account per person.

Determination of Potential Prize Winners: During the Promotion Period, certain times on certain days have been randomly pre-selected by Panomark, Inc., as an independent, third party judging agency, as "winning times." The first participant to play the Game at or after such a randomly pre-selected "winning time" (as recorded by the Game computer) will be the potential winner of the prize randomly allocated to that "winning time." Total Approximate Retail Value of all Prizes: $574,750.

Prize Restrictions:
Grand Prize . Vehicle will be delivered with standard equipment; any upgrades and options are at sole expense of the winner and must be purchased directly from the dealership. Grand Prize Winner will be required to show current proof of insurance and valid driver's license at time of prize acceptance and pick-up. Registration, title, licensing fees, taxes, insurance and other unspecified costs associated with the vehicle are solely the responsibility of the winner. Vehicle will be delivered at a pre-determined dealership. Grand Prize Winner must pick up vehicle within 30 days of notification that vehicle is available, or prize may be forfeited. Grand Prize Vehicle color will be chosen at manufacturer's discretion and is subject to availability. Actual prize vehicle may differ from that shown in advertisements.
First Prize. Winners will each receive one (1) Hollywood Movie Money ® Certificate redeemable for one (1) movie ticket with a maximum value of Thirteen Dollars Total ($13.00) to see Marvel's The Avengers or any other movie at participating theaters. Winners will be directed to the website http://www.activaterewards.com/redbaron to where they will use the provided reward code to activate and print their Hollywood Movie Money ® Certificate. The reward code will expire on 08/30/2012. The Hollywood Movie Money ® Certificate will expire on 08/30/2012 and winner must comply with all of its terms and conditions specified by the issuer. Hollywood Movie Money ® Certificate not used by the date noted on the certificate will be void. Any amount remaining of any certificate after initial use will be forfeited. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $13.00 USD.
Second Prize. Pizza to be awarded as a coupon redeemable for one (1) free (maximum value $7.99) RED BARON® pizza. Terms and conditions, as set forth on coupon, apply to its redemption and use; such terms and conditions may include expiration date.

Grand Prize Second Chance Random Drawing. If necessary, Bolin Marketing, as an independent, third party judging agency, will conduct the Grand Prize Second Chance Random Drawing on or about June 5, 2012. Grand Prize Second Chance Random Drawing will consist of all persons who created an account for Game (with one (1) entry per person/account). Potential winner will be notified via email. BUT, IF THE GRAND PRIZE IS AWARDED VIA THE GAME, THE GRAND PRIZE SECOND CHANCE RANDOM DRAWING WILL NOT BE HELD.
