ELIGIBILITY: The Blue Bunny® VIP Vacation Promotion (the "Promotion") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia ("D.C.") who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and are members of the Blue Bunny iScream Team (see Rule 3, below, for details on becoming a member). Employees, officers and directors of Wells Enterprises, Inc. (the "Sponsor"), Blue Chip Marketing Worldwide, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, any other entities involved in the production and execution of this Promotion, and members of the immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, siblings and children, whether biological, adoptive, step or in-law) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
ENTRY PERIODS: Entry into the Promotion begins at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) Central Time on April 2, 2012, and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. Central Time on May 14, 2012 (the "Promotion Entry Period"), with intervening weekly deadlines for weekly prize giveaways. The weekly periods (each referred to herein as a "Week") are as follows:

iSCREAM TEAM: You must be a member of the Blue Bunny iScream Team to participate and enter the Promotion. No purchase is required to become an iScream Team member. To become a member, visit www.bluebunny.c
DAILY ENTRY: In order to obtain an initial daily entry into the Promotion (called the "Daily Entry"), iScream Team members must visit the Website during the Promotion Entry Period and sign in (by entering your registered email address and password or by becoming a new iScream Team member). Once signed in, iScream Team members must select the "Play Now" button on the Blue Bunny® VIP Vacation homepage graphic, which will lead you to the online Trivia Game ("Game"). Your time and order of Daily Entry into the Promotion will be the time at which you complete a Successful Play (as defined below) on a Day (for purposes of this Promotion, a "Day" shall run from 12:00:00 p.m. [noon] on one day until 11:59:59 a.m. the next day) during the Promotion Entry Period that results in a Successful Play.
Limit one Daily Entry into the Promotion per person and per iScream Team member per Day
BONUS ENTRIES: Contestants who complete a Successful Play and earn a Daily Entry may also receive up to three (3) additional Bonus Entries into the current Week of the Promotion if following their Successful Play they "Share the Promotion" with their friends and social networks. Contestants will receive one (1) Bonus Entry each by clicking each "Share the Promotion" link for email, Facebook, and Twitter (up to a maximum of three (3) additional Bonus Entries per Day). The time and order of your Bonus Entry will be determined based upon the time at which you click the "Share the Promotion" button for each network (provided you complete all steps to effectuate the sharing of the Promotion via that network). If you elect to "Share the Promotion" by email, you may only use a friend's email address one time, and your friend must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
PRIZES: For each Week of the Promotion, fifty-three (53) prizes will be awarded to Contestants based on a random drawing of all eligible entries received.
1st Place Weekly Prize (3 awarded each Week): a tablet device. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $500.00
2nd Place Weekly Prize (50 awarded each Week): an MP3 player. ARV: $50.00
Grand Prize (1) shall consist of a check for $7,200.00 - ARV of Grand Prize is: $7,200
