open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older
begins on or about 5:00 p.m. Central Time ("CT") on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 and ends at 5:00 p.m. CT on Wednesday, May 16, 2012
Limit of one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period will be accepted
Prizes and Values. Sponsor will be awarding one (1) prize in this Sweepstakes. The winner will receive one (1) trip prize (a "Trip Prize"). The Trip Prize will consist solely of: (i) one (1) roundtrip economy/coach airline ticket for winner and one (1) companion via a Sponsor-selected air carrier from a major commercial airport selected by Sponsor near winner’s home to Tucson, Arizona; (ii) a three (3)-night hotel stay for winner at the Miraval Resort in Tucson, Arizona; (iii) some meals, snacks, smoothies and non-alcoholic beverages to be provided by the Miraval Resort; (iv) some activities at the Miraval Resort to be provided by the Miraval Resort; (v) $150.00 per person, per day, spa credit to be used only at the Miraval Resort; and (vi) a welcome gift Miraval tote bag and water canteen. The total approximate retail value ("ARV") for each Trip Prize is: $4,800.00.
