Sweepstakes starts at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on April 11, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on May 1, 2012.

Entrant must be an individual 18 years of age or older who has reached the age of majority in his or her state of residence, and who is a legal resident of and owner of a home in the United States (includes the District of Columbia) (excluding Florida and New York) at time of entry and prize distribution. Void in Florida, New York, and wherever prohibited by law.

To enter, log on to www.houzz.com/dwr, register for Houzz.com (no cost, no obligation), complete the Official Online Entry Form including first and last name, address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number, e-mail address, confirmation of age, confirmation of homeowner status, and acceptance of Official Rules and Houzz and DWR's Privacy Policy, and click "Submit".

Limit one entry per person\authorized e-mail account holder.

One (1) Grand Prize: (Grand Prize winner may choose one of the prize options below):

Grand Prize Option #1: $40,000 Modern Living Room Makeover: Includes $20,000 worth of products from Design Within Reach and $20,000 in remodeling and design services by Houzz that will include design, construction, and installation services. Design services will be selected at the discretion of the Co-Sponsors with a designer nearest the winner's home.

Grand Prize Option #2: $32,000 Modern Living Room Makeover and $8,000 cash: Includes $16,000 worth of products from Design Within Reach, $16,000 in remodeling and design services by Houzz that will include design, construction, and installation services, and $8,000 cash awarded in the form of a corporate check intended to be used for tax expenses. Design services will be selected at the discretion of the Co-Sponsors with a designer nearest the winner's home.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize Option is $40,000.
