Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on April 15, 2012 and ends at 12:00 p.m. ET on May 13, 2012.

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older.

Follow the instructions provided to unwrap the on-screen envelope to immediately receive a winning or losing message. To receive an additional game play for the applicable Daily Period, follow the instructions provided to click the "share" button to post a Promotion message on your wall. You will then automatically receive another game play for the applicable Daily Period. All game plays must be received by the end time of the applicable Daily Period to be eligible. If you receive a non-winning message, you will not be eligible for a prize, however, you will receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing (one (1) Grand Prize entry per Facebook User ID per Daily Period).

GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about May 14, 2012 from all eligible entries received by an independent judging agency.

PRIZES:
Grand Trip Prize (1): A trip for winner and up to three (3) guests to Orlando, Florida. Trip includes coach-class air transportation for winner and up to three (3) guests to Orlando, Florida, standard hotel accommodations for four (4) (one (1) room, quad occupancy, for six (6) nights), and one (1) rental car for seven (7) days. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $2,500. If winner resides within a 100 mile radius of destination, no air transportation will be offered to the Grand Prize winner and/or guest(s), no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value, and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to winner with regards to travel. Winner is solely responsible for any and all costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of the prize not specified herein as being awarded including, without limitation, any and all taxes (including but not limited to: income, federal, state and local taxes), ground transportation within 100 miles, meals, gratuities, additional ground transportation, and souvenirs. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value except as otherwise set forth herein. Winner and guest(s) must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such prize portion. Winner and guest(s) must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents. Guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least 18) unless child or legal ward of winner. Guest (or, if child or legal ward of winner, winner) may also be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to travel.
