Promotion starts at 12:01:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) on April 16, 2012, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PST on May 13, 2012 ("Promotion Period") and consists of three (3) entry periods (each an "Entry Period") and a grand prize entry period (the "Grand Prize Entry Period"), as outlined in the chart below.
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry.
Each participant may enter one time during each applicable Entry Period. Provide your name, address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted) and email address. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into all weekly drawings and the Grand Prize drawing.
PRIZES:
Grand Prize San Destin, FL Spa Getaway ARP $2,000.00 and includes:
4 day 3 night stay for two people (one room, double occupancy);
One ½ spa treatment per person (massage or manicure/pedicure valued at $80 each); and
Round-trip coach class air transportation for the winner and his/her guest from the major airport nearest winner's home to Destin, FL. Sponsor will provide air transportation up to $1,200, any costs of airfare that exceed $1,200 will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner.
All other expenses are the sole responsibility of the Grand prize Winner.
