Crackle's 4/20 Giveaway Sweepstakes ~ 4/21/12 (Facebook)

Sweepstakes starts at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on April 18, 2012 and ends at 9:00 a.m. PT on April 21, 2012.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.

There are three (3) entry periods during the Sweepstakes Period, as set forth below. Each Entry Period is a separate chance to win. During each Entry Period, Sponsor will post two (2) or more new trivia questions about certain Crackle content available to view free online at Crackle.com during the Sweepstakes Period. The Trivia Questions will be posted on the Application. Each Entry Period will begin and end as follows:
Entry Period #1: Begins at 10:00 a.m. PT on April 18, 2012 or as soon as Sponsor posts the first set of Trivia Questions and ends at 9:00 a.m. PT on April 19, 2012;
Entry Period #2: Begins at 10:00 a.m. PT on April 19, 2012 or as soon as Sponsor posts the second set of Trivia Questions and ends at 9:00 a.m. PT on April 20, 2012; and
Entry Period #3: Begins at 10:00 a.m. PT on April 20, 2012 or as soon as Sponsor posts the third set of Trivia Questions and ends at 9:00 a.m. PT on April 21, 2012.

LIMIT ONE SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PER ENTRANT PER ENTRY PERIOD. You may also receive one (1) additional Entry for each of your Facebook friends who submits a Sweepstakes Entry after you do (each, a "Bonus Entry"). LIMIT ONE BONUS ENTRY PER FRIEND PER ENTRY PERIOD.

All Entries for a particular Entry Period must be received by the end of that Entry Period to be eligible. Correct Answers are not required for Sweepstakes Entry. Entries that are not selected as a winner in a Random Drawing will not remain eligible for any/all subsequent Random Drawings.

PRIZES: Six (6) prizes will be awarded in the Sweepstakes: three (3) grand prizes, one per Entry Period and three (3) runner-up prizes, one per Entry Period.

Each Grand Prize will consist of (a) a five (5) pound gummy bear, (b) a six-and-a-half (6 ½) gallon tin filled with popcorn, snacks and cookies (plus three (3) months of free refills); and (c) a Crackle swag pack, including a Crackle key chain, Crackle branded popcorn and a Crackle t-shirt. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize is One Hundred Thirty Dollars ($130).

Each Runner-Up Prize will consist of: (a) a five (5) pound gummy bear, (b) a three-and-a-half (3 ½) gallon tin filled with popcorn, snacks and cookies; and (c) a Crackle Swag Pack. The ARV of each Runner-Up Prize is One Hundred Five Dollars ($105).
