Contest begins on April 30, 2012 at 7:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT"), ends on September 21, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. CT and consists of four (4) entry periods as set forth in the chart below.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least sixteen (16) years old at the time of entry.
"Like" the Dell Facebook page, enter through the Dell Festival Tour tab - https://apps.facebook.c
Then, you will have the opportunity to refer friends on Facebook to join your virtual road trip vehicle. Each person that you refer will receive a post notifying him or her about joining your Vehicle. By joining a friend's vehicle you are not entering as a contestant and are in no way entitled to part of the vehicle owner's prize, if any.
Limit: Each entrant may only create one (1) Vehicle at a time. Once your Vehicle has expired (one hour after initiation), you may initiate another road trip. You are permitted to join others' road trips while your road trip is in progress. Only one entrant is permitted at a time for the same email address or Facebook account. Any attempt by any entrant to create more than the stated number of Vehicles by using multiple/different email addresses, Facebook accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified.
Winner Determination: After the conclusion of each Entry Period, the entrant who had the largest number of friends to join his/her Vehicle within a single one (1) hour game, will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner for that Entry Period. The entrant who had the second largest number of friends to join his/her Vehicle within a one (1) hour game, will be deemed the potential First Prize winner for that Entry Period. In the event of a tie for any spot, the entrant whose last referral was received first (based on the date and time stamp associated with each referral), will be deemed the applicable potential winner. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to not award any prizes if it does not receive any qualified Vehicles.
