Timing: The Better Homes and Gardens Mother's Day FTD Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 9:00 a.m. Central Time (C.T.) on 4/25/12 and ends at 11:59 p.m. C.T. on 5/22/12 ("Sweepstakes Period") and consists of four (4) weekly periods. Weekly entries must be received by 11:59 pm, C.T. on the end dates of the following periods to be eligible for that week's drawing:
Week 1: 4/25/12-5/1/12
Week 2: 5/2/12-5/8/12
Week 3: 5/9/12-5/15/12
Week 4: 5/16/12-5/22/12
Non-winning entries from each weekly prize drawing will be rolled over into subsequent weekly drawings.
Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older.
Limit: One (1) entry per person and per valid Facebook account. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limitation will be void. You may only use one email address to enter this Sweepstakes.
PRIZE (5): Week 1: One (1) winner will receive one (1) FTD® Golden Garden Bouquet by Better Homes and Gardens®, ARV $84.99
Week 2: One (1) winner will receive one (1) FTD® Color Rush Bouquet by Better Homes and Gardens®, ARV $74.99
Week 3: One (1) winner will receive one (1) FTD® Cheerful Wishes Blooming Basket by Better Homes and Gardens®, ARV $89.99
Week 4: One (1) winner will receive one (1) FTD® Rose Garden Basket by Better Homes and Gardens®, ARV $64.99.
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for winner and one (1) guest to Morgan Bay Beach Resort in St Lucia. Prize includes a 4-night stay in a one-bedroom (double occupancy) Oceanview Suite with Morgan Bay's all-inclusive program for breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, unlimited beverages, all on-site activities, nightly entertainment, transfers, service charges, and gratuities including government tax, on dates to be determined by Sponsor, Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $3,780; $800 in air transportation vouchers; and one (1) FTD® Blooming Vision™ Bouquet by Better Homes and Gardens®, ARV $97.99; total grand prize ARV: $4,677.99.
The total ARV of all prizes: $4,992.95.
One (1) weekly prize per person. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Travel must be completed by 7/31/2013 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless the child or legal ward of winner and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is child or legal ward of winner, winner must sign and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward. Travel must be made through Sponsor's agent, on a carrier of agent's choice. Travel subject to availability. Certain blackout dates and travel restrictions may apply. All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including any ground transportation, any additional costs of air transportation exceeding the $800 air transportation vouchers, souvenirs, luggage fees, and gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winner.
