Entry: Text 'PLANTERS' to the cellular number 71717 or hand print, on a 3" x 5" piece of paper, your name, complete address, daytime phone number, and age, and mail to: Planters Men's Health® Instant Win Game, P.O. Box 1124, Elmhurst, IL 60126.
Timing: Beginning April 1, 2012 through November 30, 2012
Limit: one entry per envelope. One game play per cell phone number/envelope/person per day, regardless of the method of play.
