PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV):
One (1) Grand Prize: A gift card for Three Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($3,900.00) from a gas station mutually agreed upon by Sponsor and Winner; the amount of $3,900 for the grand prize represents a reasonable assumption that an individual would use approximately $75 of gasoline per week for a year. The name of the Sweepstakes “PRN’s Win Gas for a Year Sweepstakes†is for descriptive, nominal purposes only and is not intended to imply that a limitless amount of gasoline, or an amount greater than that which could be purchased, including applicable taxes and fees, using a $3900 gift card, will be awarded.
