Eligibility: open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their respective states/jurisdictions of permanent residence, whichever is greater, as of May 1, 2012.

Prizes:
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of a trip for the Winner and a guest to the Winner's choice of a participating Renaissance Hotel, including a USD$3,000 credit to be used towards air transportation, seven-nights Renaissance Hotel accommodations (one room - double occupancy), a USD$500 credit at the selected destination hotel, and USD$1,000 cash to be used as spending money or to help defray Winner's tax liability, awarded in the form of a check. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is USD$6,000.
First Prizes: Ten (10) First Prizes will be awarded (one prize (1) per hotel listed in chart below). Each First Prize consists of a two (2)-night stay (standard room – double occupancy) at a Sponsor-specified participating Renaissance or Autograph Hotel. Please reference chart below for the participating hotels. The ARV of each First Prize is USD$500.
