ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter or win, entrant must be an individual 18 years of age or older and who has reached the age of majority in his or her state of residence, a legal resident of the 50 United States (includes the District of Columbia).
HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Lowe's® PlantaTweet Sweepstakes, visit http://plantatweet.com between 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on April 26, 2012 and 11:59 p.m. ET on May 29, 2012.
Follow the directions to create a Tweet that is made of available text characters to resemble a "flower" or "plant" OR select from a pre-built Tweet that resembles a "flower" or "plant". You must then authorize your Twitter Account to interoperate with plantatweet.com, provide your e-mail address, verify that you are 18 years of age or older and a legal adult in your state of residence, accept the Official Rules and Lowe's® Privacy Policy, and click "Submit". Clicking "Submit" will post your Tweet on Twitter and will "plant" your "flower" or "plant" Tweet in the virtual "garden". A shortened URL link, the Twitter hashtag, #plantatweet, and a short message will be added to the "flower" or "plant" Tweet.
Limit one (1) entry per person/email account holder during the Promotion Period. If your Twitter account is private, your Tweets will NOT be eligible.
Please note: You must have a valid Twitter account and agree to the Twitter Terms of Use and the Twitter Privacy Policy in order to eligible to enter. In addition, in order to accumulate additional points pursuant to Promotion, you may be required to have a valid Pinterest and foursquare® account.
HOW TO EARN POINTS: Entrants are able to accumulate points via social media activities on Twitter, Pinterest, and foursquare. The first ten-thousand (10,000) entrants to accumulate fifty (50) points by 11:59 p.m. ET on May 29, 2012 will be awarded one (1) $10 Lowe's gift card.
How to accumulate points via Twitter:
Entrant will receive ten (10) points for posting an original Tweet in the shape of a "flower" or "plant" OR by reposting a pre-built Tweet in the shape of a "flower" or "plant" in the virtual garden.
Entrant will receive ten (10) points for following @lowe's.
Entrant will receive one (1) point when a follower re-Tweets an entrant's Tweet. Limit one (1) point per Twitter follower. Entrant will not be awarded additional points for reposting or re-Tweeting their own Tweet.
How to accumulate points via Pinterest:
Entrant will receive five (5) points for pinning their Tweet in their pinboard on www.pinterest.c
Entrant will receive one (1) point when someone re-pins the entrant's pin on www.pinterest.c
How to accumulate points via foursquare:
Entrant will receive four (4) points for linking their foursquare account to the PlantaTweet application.
Entrant will receive one (1) point for checking in at a Lowe's Store every twenty four hours. Entrant will not be awarded additional points for subsequent "Check-ins" in the same calendar day.
DETERMINATION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: As determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the first ten thousand (10,000) eligible entries that receive fifty (50) points during the Promotion Period will be designated as the potential Prize winners, subject to confirmation of eligibility. The potential Prize winners will be notified on or about fourteen (14) days following the accumulation of fifty (50) points via e-mail to the e-mail address provided at the time of entry. You will need to provide first and last name, address, city, state, zip code. The Prize will be fulfilled within approximately seven (7) days following winner verification.
PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: Ten thousand (10,000) Prizes: One (1) ten dollar ($10) Lowe's® Gift sent electronically. Lowe's® Gift Cards are subject to state and federal regulations and are redeemable for merchandise only unless prohibited by law and cannot be used to make payments on any charge/credit account. Lowe's® Gift Cards may be redeemed online, have no expiration date, and may not be resold. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $10 each.
TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF ALL PRIZES TO BE AWARDED DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD IS $100,000.

There are couple of ways,
you can PM "your friends" at this site with your URL.
You can also post your URL at sites that allow such thing. For example, faxwaxxet.

After posting on Lowe's Facebook page on their main wall that I had yet to receive any additional emails after 7 days, they said they would look into the matter if I provided my Twitter handle. I did, and less than two business days later, I got my e-gift certificate!
I would suggest taking a screen-shot when you do complete your 50 points, and if you don't receive the gift card within 7 consecutive days (be patient and wait the full week), then post something pleasant asking that they look into the matter on their Facebook wall, and include your Twitter handle. The people running their Facebook site seem to be very nice, and I expect they'll take care of it fairly quickly. Good luck!
