Keds® Summer 2012 Sweepstakes ~ 5/24/12

Sweepstakes begins at 12:01AM U.S. Eastern Time ("ET") on May 4, 2012 and ends at 11:59PM ET on May 24, 2012.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding Rhode Island), including the District of Columbia, and who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Entrant will be added to Sponsor's mailing list for future marketing purposes. Entrant can choose to opt-out of Sponsor's mailing list at any time by visiting Keds.com and clicking on the link to "Email Unsubscribe." If an Entrant opts-out, he/she will no receive any further correspondence from Sponsor unless if they are selected as a prize winner.

Entrants will have the option of providing up to ten (10) different friends' e-mail addresses to obtain additional bonus entries into the Sweepstakes. Each friend you invite must follow the instructions in the e-mail, click on the link and complete and submit a Standard Sweepstakes Entry by Internet in order for you to receive a Bonus Entry, for up to ten (10) Bonus Entries during the Sweepstakes Period.

Sweepstakes consists of three (3) Weekly Entry drawings and a drawing for the Grand Prize Standard Sweepstakes Entries must be received by 11:59:59 ET on the ending date of the applicable Weekly Entry Period to be eligible for entry in the drawing. Limit one entry per e-mail address per person. If more than one entry is received per person, only the first such entry received will be eligible. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing. Non-winning Weekly Entry Period drawing entries will not be rolled into the following Weekly Entry Period(s).

Weekly Prizes (3): Merchandise credit on Keds.com which is redeemable for one (1) pair of Keds footwear on Keds.com, including shipping and handling charges with a suggested retail price of up to $50 USD. Footwear style and size is subject to in-stock availability. Children's product excluded. Prize must be claimed through http://www.Keds.com within sixty (60) days from the end of the Sweepstakes Period or prize is forfeited. ARV of each weekly prize is $50 USD. The total ARV of all weekly prizes is $150 USD.

One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) package consisting of six (6) pairs of shoes from either the Keds Womens or Keds Mens Summer 2012 collection. Footwear style and size is subject to in-stock availability. Children's product excluded.

The Keds Womens Summer 2012 package consists of the following styles: Champion Seasonal CVO (red), Champion Seasonal CVO (blue), Champion Seersucker (white/red), Champion Seersucker (white/blue), Champion Laceless Floral (white) and Champion Laceless floral (red).

The Keds Mens Summer 2012 package consists of the following styles: Champion Seersucker Convertible (white/red), Champion Seersucker Convertible (white/blue), Champion Seersucker Convertible (white/lark), Champion CVO Heavy Weave (white smoke), Champion CVO Heavy Weave (dark blue), and Champion CVO Heavy Weave (Navy print).

The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $270 for Women and $330 for Men USD. Grand Prize must be claimed within sixty (60) days from the end of the Sweepstakes Period or Grand Prize is forfeited.

For all prizes, limit one (1) prize per person. Total ARV for all prizes is approximately $600 USD.
