Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on April 23, 2012 and ends at 11:59 a.m. ET on September 14, 2012.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older as of date of participation.

Limit one Sweepstakes Entry per person per day.

Sweepstakes Grand Prize (1): A four (4) day/ three (3) night trip for two (2) to Nashville, TN to meet Lady Antebellum and have a Nashville experience. Trip includes:
- round trip coach air transportation from the major airport near the winner's home to Nashville, TN (airport, carrier and itinerary selected by Sponsor),
- three (3) nights hotel accommodations based on double occupancy,
- round trip ground transportation between airport/hotel/tour,
- Nashville city and Grand Legend Tour and
- $750 spending money awarded as a check to the winner.

ERV of up to $5,500, depending upon winner's point of travel origin. Taxes related to the prize are the responsibility of the winner. All other expenses and costs not expressly listed above are the winner's sole responsibility. All travel must be taken on dates specified in November 2012; no alternative travel dates are available. All travel subject to availability and restrictions. Winner and travel companion must travel on same itinerary. If travel companion is a minor (under age of 18), minor must be accompanied on trip by minor's parent or legal guardian who must be the winner. Travel companion will also be required to sign and return a travel release before any travel occurs. In the event the Grand Prize winner lives within a 150-mile radius of Nashville, TN, round-trip ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided for the Grand Prize Trip portion of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for cancelled, delayed or rescheduled events.
