Dunkin’ Dad Twitter Sweepstakes ~ 6/8/12

Sweepstakes begins at or about 9:00:00 am Eastern Time ("ET") on 6/7/12 and ends at or about 4:59:59 pm ET on 6/8/12.

Open only to permanent legal US residents residing in the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, as of the date of their entry.

To enter, during an applicable Entry Period (as detailed below), you must follow @DunkinDonuts on Twitter and Tweet a message to @DunkinDonuts, which includes the hashtag "#DunkinDad" as well as your answer to the question: "Why are you thankful for your father?" (hereinafter an "entry"). http://twitter.com/#!/dunkindonuts

Limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of email address or Twitter account, per Entry Period. Entries will NOT be carried forward into subsequent Entry Periods (if any).

Random Drawings/Prizes And Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): On or about one (1) business day after each Entry Period has ended, Administrator, an independent judging agency, shall perform a random drawing, from among all eligible entries received throughout that Entry Period, in order to select one (1) potential winner for each Entry Period. There will be two (2) winners total. Once confirmed, as detailed below, each winner will receive two (2) Keurig Brewers and two (2) 14-count Dunkin' Donuts Mocha K-Cup Cartons. The ARV of each prize is approximately two hundred and sixty-four dollars ($264). The total ARV of all prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes is five hundred and twenty-eight dollars ($528). Limit of one (1) prize per person, throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

Winner Notification/Acceptance: All potential winners must comply with these Official Rules as published in order to accept a prize and be confirmed as an official winner. On or about one (1) business day after each Random Drawing, Administrator will notify the potential prize winner via a direct message from @DunkinDonuts to the potential prize winner's Twitter Account used to enter the Sweepstakes (note: in order to receive such direct message, you must (a) be following @DunkinDonuts and (b) may have to have your account settings set to "unprotected" or "public", you can change your account settings back after the time period for receiving notifications has ended). Upon notification or notification attempt, the potential winner will be required to respond to such direct message accepting the prize and providing his/her physical mailing address for prize delivery purposes within three (3) calendar days of such notification or notification attempt, or the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential prize winner will be selected and notified. Sponsor will attempt to contact such potential prize winner two (2) times during the three (3) calendar day period.
