Prize: (1 winner) Trip for winner and one guest to San Antonio, Texas, including a $600 voucher for a 2-night stay at Hotel Valencia River Walk (one standard room, double occupancy); $100 voucher for one dinner for two at Citrus Restaurant; one $35 lunch voucher for two at The Guenther House; passes for two to Aquatica & SeaWorld San Antonio; passes for two to the Buckhorn Saloon & Museum; passes for two to City Sightseeing Tour; passes for two to San Antonio Botanical Garden; passes for two to San Antonio Museum of Art, ARV $14; passes for two to Six Flags Fiesta Texas; passes for two to the Witte Museum; and a $2,000 check from the Sponsor, which may be used to cover travel expenses, such as transportation. (ARV $3,261). Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided including, without limitation transportation, additional meals, luggage fees, gratuities, and souvenirs. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Travel must be completed by 7/31/13 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Travel is subject to availability. Certain blackout dates and restrictions may apply. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless the child or legal ward of winner, and must execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to travel.?? If guest is child or legal ward of winner, winner must complete and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward. Tickets, vouchers and passes are subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon. Winner and guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion(s) of prize. Released Parties (as defined below) disclaim all and any liability for the actual provision, quality or nature of any third-party product or service accepted by winner. The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules.
