Sweepstakes will run during the period commencing at 12:00AM PT May 14, 2012 and ending at 11:59 PM PT May 26, 2012.

Must be permanent, legal resident of, and must physically reside in, one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of registration.

All participants are limited to one (1) entry per person and per email address, per day. Each person may only use one (1) email address to participate in this Sweepstakes, and such e-mail address may only be used by one person regardless of whether the e-mail address is shared by two or more people.

Total value of all Instant Win Prizes is twelve thousand one hundred seventy-seven dollars and five cents (ARV $12,177.05).

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES:
FIRST PRIZE: One (1) First Prize consisting of one (1) Samsung 55" 3D Slim LED Smart TV™ (ARV $2,499.99). Total ARV for First Prize is two thousand, four hundred ninety-nine dollars and ninety-nine cents (ARV $2,499.99).

RUNNER-UP PRIZES: There will be three (3) Runner-Up Prizes consisting of one pair of beats by Dr. Studio headphones (ARV $299.99 per). Total value of Runner-Up Prizes is eight hundred ninety-nine dollars and ninety-seven cents (ARV $899.97).

GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) grand prize trip awarded ("Grand Prize Trip") to one (1) entrant ("Grand Prize Winner") from all eligible entries consisting of a trip for winner and guest to San Diego, CA to attend Comic-Con July 11, 2012 through July 15, 2012 ("Trip Event") including the following: Two (2) roundtrip coach airfares between the Sponsor's selected major airport near Grand Prize Winner's residence, and a Sponsor's selected major airport in Southern California (ARV $600 per), four (4) nights of hotel accommodations (double-occupancy room) (ARV $350 per night), two (2) Comic-Con convention passes (ARV $150 per), two hundred dollars ($200) for airport transportation and five hundred dollars ($500) in spending money to be awarded as a check made payable to Grand Prize Winner or in such other form as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Total ARV of Grand Prize Trip is three thousand six hundred dollars (ARV $3,600).

The winner must be available to travel within the designated time period of July 11, 2012 through July 15, 2012. If winner is not available for travel on the designated date, he or she will forfeit the Grand Prize. Travel arrangements will be made by Administrator. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary, including the same departure date, destination and return date, and failure to do so will result in forfeiture of prize. Failure to secure the necessary travel documents will result in forfeiture of Grand Prize and, time permitting and at Sponsor's sole discretion, an alternate Grand Prize Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion must be at least 18 years old.

Total ARV for all prizes is nineteen thousand one hundred seventy-seven dollars and one cent (ARV $19,177.01).
