USA Networks Common Law "Partner Up" Sweepstakes ~ 8/12/12

Sweepstakes will begin on May 18, 2012 at 10:00 PM ET and end on August 12, 2012 at 11:59 PM ET.

Open only to permanent, legal United States ("U.S.") residents physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the start of the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants must have a valid U.S. Social Security Number or a valid U.S. personal tax identification number.

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

Enter by Text Message: Entrants can enter each Weekly Drawing by watching USA's Common Law television series scheduled to air each Friday at 10:00 PM ET during Sweepstakes Period. During the Show, a unique weekly keyword will be featured in the corresponding weekly on-air spot. You may then text the Weekly Keyword to the short code USATXT (872898) during the corresponding Weekly Entry Period

Free Method of Entry Online: To enter the Sweepstakes online during a Weekly Entry Period, watch for the Weekly Keyword announced during the Show and then visit http://www.usanetwork.com/series/...partnerup/ during the corresponding Weekly Entry Period, and complete and thereafter submit the online registration form, which includes your name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth and corresponding Weekly Keyword

You do not have to provide the correct Weekly Keyword to be entered into the Sweepstakes. The Weekly Keyword you provide will not affect your chances of winning this Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes consists of eleven (11) weekly drawings conducted over the thirteen (13) weeks comprising the Sweepstakes Period, as specified in the chart below. Each Weekly Drawing will consist of: (i) a promotion period that will begin at 10:00 PM ET on Friday and will end the following Sunday at 11:59 PM ET, as detailed in the chart below, and (ii) a random drawing conducted on the date specified in the chart below from among all eligible Entries received during the corresponding Weekly Entry Period. Non-winning Entries for each Weekly Drawing will not be eligible for any of the subsequent Weekly Drawings.

Limit of one (1) Entry per person per Weekly Entry Period, regardless of method of Entry (either Mobile or Online), for a maximum of eleven (11) Entries per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period.

PRIZE: Each Weekly Winner will receive one (1) Prize; each Prize will include two (2) duplicate items.

Prize for Weekly Drawing 1 will consist of two (2) Apple® iPad 3s (data plan not included) ("Weekly Drawing 1 Prize"). Estimated retail value ("ERV") of Weekly Drawing 1 Prize is one thousand dollars ($1,000).

Weekly Prize for Weekly Drawing 2 will consist of two (2) Sony® Bravia 3D TVs ("Weekly Drawing 2 Prize"). ERV of Weekly Drawing 2 Prize is three thousand dollars ($3,000).

Weekly Prize for Weekly Drawing 3 will consist of two (2) Apple® MacBook Air Computers ("Weekly Drawing 3 Prize"). ERV of Weekly Drawing 3 Prize is two thousand dollars ($2,000).

Weekly Prize for Weekly Drawing 4 will consist of two (2) American Express® Gift Cards ("Weekly Drawing 4 Prize"). ERV of Weekly Drawing 4 Prize is two thousand dollars ($2,000).

Weekly Prize for Weekly Drawing 5 will consist of two (2) Bose® Home Audio Systems ("Weekly Drawing 5 Prize"). ERV of Weekly Drawing 5 Prize is six hundred dollars ($600).

Weekly Prize for Weekly Drawing 6 will consist of two (2) Pentax® K-01 Cameras ("Weekly Drawing 6 Prize"). ERV of Weekly Drawing 6 Prize is one thousand nine hundred and fifty dollars ($1,950).

Weekly Prize for Weekly Drawing 7 will consist of two (2) Apple® iPad 3s (data plan not included) ("Weekly Drawing 7 Prize"). Estimated retail value ("ERV") of Weekly Drawing 1 Prize is one thousand dollars ($1,000).

Weekly Prize for Weekly Drawing 8 will consist of two (2) PlayStation® Vita's ("Weekly Drawing 8 Prize"). ERV of Weekly Drawing 8 Prize is six hundred dollars ($600).

Weekly Prize for Weekly Drawing 9 will consist of two (2) Beats by Dre® Portable Speakers ("Weekly Drawing 9 Prize"). ERV of Weekly Drawing 9 Prize is nine hundred fifty dollars ($950).

Weekly Prize for Weekly Drawing 10 will consist of two (2) one thousand dollar Amazon® gift cards ("Weekly Drawing 9 Prize"). ERV of Weekly Drawing 10 Prize is two thousand dollars ($2,000).

Weekly Prize for Weekly Drawing 11 will consist of a check payable to Weekly Winner of Weekly Drawing 11 for ten thousand dollars ($10,000) which may be used to purchase two (2) Vespa® Scooters ("Weekly Drawing 11 Prize"). ERV of Weekly Drawing 11 Prize is ten thousand dollars ($10,000).

Total ARV for all Weekly Prizes is thirty thousand and five hundred dollars ($30,500). Limit of one (1) Weekly Prize per family or household.
