Prize: (1 winner) Sony S Tablet with a Philip K. Dick Short Stories eBook; and a trip to NYC for winner plus one guest to attend a tour of ESPN Studios in Bristol, CT and a sporting event. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation for two from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's primary residence in the U.S., 2-night standard double occupancy hotel accommodations (one room); two tickets to a sporting event while in NYC (as designated by Sponsor) & ground transfers to/from the airport/hotel/studio/event. (ARV: $3,500). Actual value of Grand Prize may vary depending on winner's city of departure. If the actual value of prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Travel, hotel and other arrangements to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining any/all necessary documents (including but not limited to valid photo I.D.) prior to departure. If Grand Prize winner chooses not to take a guest, then the guest elements will be forfeited and the remaining elements shall constitute full satisfaction of the Grand Prize. Other travel/accommodation restrictions may apply. Trip must be taken on dates and times designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in place of air transportation if a winner lives within a reasonable driving distance of destination, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and to award no additional compensation in such event. Sponsor is not responsible for travel delays. Winner and his/her guest agree to comply with all venue rules and regulations and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in a disruptive manner while at sporting event. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize. All prize details not specifically set forth herein are at Sponsor's sole discretion. All federal, state & local taxes & any other costs & expenses associated with prize acceptance & use not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the prize winner, including, without limitation, luggage fees, meals, gratuities, souvenirs, insurance and additional ground transportation. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of a prize (or portion of prize) except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability and then for a prize (or applicable portion of prize) of equal or greater value as determined by Sponsor. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of issuance of notification. Grand Prize traveling companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of 8/9/12 and will be required to sign and return a Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release prior to the issuance of travel documents. Non-compliance with the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner. If any prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, applicable winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that: 1.) Released Parties and their designees may use (unless prohibited by law) their name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification and 2.) Released Parties and their designees and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, including but not limited to war, strikes, and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination or suspension, at its discretion, select the winner from among eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event requiring such termination or suspension.

Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check of any and all records of the Grand Prize winner, including without limitation, civil and criminal court records and police reports. To the extent necessary under law, Grand Prize winner shall authorize this background check. Sponsor may also take all steps necessary to corroborate any information provided to Sponsor by Grand Prize winner in his/her interview. In that regard, Grand Prize winner will be obligated to provide necessary contacts and information so that Sponsor may conduct such investigation. Sponsor reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to disqualify Grand Prize winner from any prize element, based on the background check.
