open to legal residents of the U.S.A., excluding residents of the states of Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York,

How to Play: There are a total of 14,400,000 Contest tickets, with unique Personal Identification Numbers ("PIN") printed for distribution amongst the approximate 3,800 participating Contest Sponsor retail store locations ("Participating Locations"). Obtain a No Purchase PIN by mailing your request together with your Name, Address, State, Zip Code, Phone Number, and Email Address, clearly printed or typed on a 3" x 5" card or piece of paper to: Contest Master, O'Reilly Summer Gas Giveaway, c/o WSP International Limited, 511 Sixth Avenue, #619, New York, NY 10011. Requests must be postmarked on or before July 2, 2012 and received on or before July 9, 2012. Limit one No Purchase PIN per request, per valid email address per day; one request per outer mailing envelope.You MUST include your valid email address.
Bonus Online Enter to Win Ballots: Upon registration and submission of a valid PIN, you will be entitled to earn additional Bonus Ballots by:
A) Clicking on the link to "share" or "like" the O'Reilly Auto Parts Facebook page. You
will receive one (1) Bonus Ballot by clicking on the O'Reilly Auto Parts Facebook link
during the Contest Period, maximum one (1) Bonus Ballot.
B) Inviting Your Friends and Family to Play the Contest. You can invite up to five (5)
friends to enter the Contest every time you enter a new, valid PIN. You will receive one
(1) Bonus Ballot for every email friend who enters the contest, during the Contest Period.
Prize Details: There will be a total of forty-two (42) Online Enter to Win Prizes of Free Gas for a Year awarded with a retail value of twenty-six hundred dollars ($2,600.00). There will be one hundred and ten thousand (110,000) Online Instant Prizes, each consisting of a five dollar ($5.00) O'Reilly Auto Parts Promotional Certificate ("$5.00 Promotional Certificate"), available to be won.
A) Online Enter to Win Prize Details: There will be a total of forty-two (42) Prizes of Free
Gas for a Year awarded on the basis of one (1) per day for each of the forty-two (42) days
of the game. Online Enter to Win Prize winners will be randomly selected per drawing
from among all eligible online Ballot entries received before that date's drawing. All nonwinning, eligible entries will automatically rollover into any subsequent drawing(s). Contest Sponsor and/or its designated agency will conduct all drawings at its offices. Prize will be awarded as a credit gift card loaded with two thousand six hundred dollars ($2,600.00).
Online Instant Win Prize Details: $5.00 Promotional Certificate winners will be randomly
selected during the contest period from all eligible online entries. The prize winners will
be notified on screen. In addition, prize winners will receive an Instant Prize notification
email that will include a $5.00 Promotional Certificate. The $5.00 Promotional Certificate
will contain a unique sixteen (16) digit identification number and a four (4) digit PIN. Each
$5.00 Promotional Certificate can only be applied when making a future purchase and
cannot be used to purchase a gift card. On qualifying redemption, five dollars ($5.00)
discount will be applied to your total purchase. If the purchase is less than $5.00 the
certificate will be returned to you so that you may use the remaining balance on a future
purchase. Other Promotional Certificate terms and conditions may apply. Must be
redeemed at Participating Location before close of business on September 11, 2012.
Notification and Redemption: If you are the winner of an Online Instant Win prize, your prize will be emailed to the address that you provided upon registration.
