Sweepstakes begins on 5/21/2012 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on 6/21/2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Offered only in the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and Canada (excluding Québec) and is open only to legal residents of such jurisdictions who, as of date of entry, are at least 21 (or age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older). Void in Québec.

LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON. (And, a given e-mail address may only be used by one (1) person to enter the Sweepstakes). Any person who attempts to participate in this Sweepstakes with multiple e-mail and/or street addresses, under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times in violation of the above limitation will be disqualified. Entries must be manually key-stroked.
Grand Prize(1): Trip for winner and one (1) guest to the 2012 Calgary Stampede, July 13 – 15, 2012. Trip consists of:
- roundtrip coach air travel from major commercial (or international, if U.S. resident) airport near winner's residence to Calgary;
- standard accommodations (double occupancy) for 3 days/2 nights at the Marriott Calgary Downtown hotel;
- (2) tickets to the 2012 Calgary Stampede;
- ground transportation in Calgary between airport, hotel and Calgary Stampede;
- $200 (USD) gift card (issuer to be determined at Sponsor's sole discretion).
Total ARV of Grand Prize: $3,550 (USD). Should actual value of Grand Prize be less than stated ARV, winner will not receive the difference in cash. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor so as to attend the Calgary Stampede on above-indicated dates; if winner is not available on such dates, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected (time permitting). Grand Prize winner and guest must travel together on same itinerary as set by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Guest of winner (if a minor in jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) must sign and return a liability release and a publicity release (where legal), prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is a minor, he/she may only accompany his/her parent or legal guardian (i.e., the Grand Prize winner) on the trip. Valid photo identification is required for prize travel (if winner is a U.S. resident, a valid passport and/or other travel documents will be required). Trip is subject to availability and other restrictions. If winner's residence is within 200 miles of Calgary (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), he/she will receive ground transportation instead of air travel; and, winner will not receive any substitute prize or compensation in conjunction with such substitution.
