PRIZES: Two-hundred (200) Prizes, with a total approximate retail value of $12,800 will be awarded as follows: Fifty (50) Grand Prizes per drawing: Each winner will receive one (1) box of Crest® 3D Whitestrips Intensive Professional Effects (box contains 7 top teeth whitening strips and 7 bottom teeth whitening strips) (Approximate Retail value: $64.99 per prize).

Entries will not be rolled over to subsequent drawings... A person can use only one email address to enter. Limit one entry per email address per entry period.
