Honda Civic Music & Honda Sweepstakes ~ 10/31/12

Sweepstakes begins on May 21, 2012 at 9:00 am Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on October 31, 2012 at 11:59 pm PT.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are physically located and residing therein and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of primary residence at the time of entry. Additionally, Entrants must be licensed drivers in their state of residence.

There are two (2) methods of entry available for the Sweepstakes:
I. Online Entry: Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes online by visiting www.civicmusicsweeps.com and following the on-screen instructions to complete all required fields on the registration form. Once complete, Entrant must click “Submit” to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

II. Music Festival Kiosk Entry: Electronic, self-serve kiosks will be located adjacent to the Honda Zone at the three (3) festival locations described below. Entrant must follow the on-screen instructions to complete all required fields on the registration form. Kiosk entry is available only during the hours of operation for each respective festival, as posted on-site. Festival locations:
Festival One (1): The 2012 Sasquatch Music Festival (located in George, WA) is currently contemplated to begin on May 25, 2012 and end on May 28, 2012.
Festival Two (2): The 2012 Governor’s Ball Music Festival (located in New York, NY) is currently contemplated to begin on June 23, 2012 and end on June 24, 2012.
Festival Three (3): The 2012 Austin City Limits Music Festival (located in Austin, TX) is currently contemplated to begin on October 12, 2012 and end on October 14, 2012.

Limit of one (1) entry per person and/or email address for the duration of the Sweepstakes, regardless of method of entry.

Prize (1 total): One grand prize is available. The grand prize consists of: One (1) 2012 Honda Civic Si Coupe with Navi.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the grand prize is U.S. $24,455.00 (includes destination and handling fees). Value is subject to market condition, which can fluctuate, and any difference between actual market value and ARV will not be awarded. No cash option or substitution of prizes is available. No expenses incurred directly by the winner will be reimbursed by Sponsor. The color and other customized features of the grand prize will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Additional restrictions may apply.

The winner must take delivery from a dealer specified by the Sponsor. It may take up to nine months for the grand prize to be delivered to the dealer. The winner must take possession of the grand prize no later than 30 days after receiving notice that the vehicle has been delivered to the dealer specified by the Sponsor and is ready to be claimed. Failure of the winner to take possession within such time will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. All taxes, upgrades, and any other expenses not specifically identified in these official rules as included in the prize are the winner’s responsibility.

The Sponsor has not made and is not responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to the grand prize vehicle, regarding the use, value, or enjoyment of the prize, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, with the exception of any standard manufacturer’s warranty that may apply to the grand prize vehicle or any components of the vehicle. At the time the winner takes possession of the grand prize vehicle, he/she may be required to present a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Honda Zone Photobooth Offer: In addition to Sweepstakes entry, individuals who enter via a music festival kiosk will automatically receive a promotional code to have their photo taken at the Honda Zone Photobooth. Participating individuals will receive a Honda-branded souvenir bandana imprinted with the Photobooth photo (the “Offer”). Individuals who enter online at www.civicmusicsweeps.com prior to a festival date must present the printed online confirmation page to a Honda Zone representative at a festival in order to receive the Offer. Offer valid while supplies last and Offers will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-serve basis. By redeeming the Offer, Entrant agrees to have his/her image showcased on Honda Zone video screens and populated to a gallery on www.mycivicphotos.com. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Offer, you hereby grant to the Sponsor the absolute right and permission for Sponsor to use your image, likeness and/or photograph (“Personal Rights”) in any and all advertising and promotional materials, in any manner or media whatsoever, worldwide, for advertising and promotional purposes in conjunction with the Sweepstakes and/or Sponsor’s marketing materials. You have no right of approval, no claim to any compensation, and no claim arising out of the use, alteration, distortion or illusionary effect or use in any composite form of Personal Rights.
