GrowOrganic.com iPad Sweepstakes ~ 8/31/12

Peaceful Valley Farm & Garden Supply (GrowOrganic.com) is running two sweepstakes each month in June, July and August 2012.
Entry deadlines are for the two monthly contests are 5 p.m., Pacific Daylight Time, on the last day of the pertinent month: June contest deadline is June 30, 2012; July contest deadline is July 31, 2012; August contest deadline is August 31, 2012.
Entrants must be a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, at least 18 years old as of date of entry, and able to provide proof of legal residency.
Only one entry per person/household per month.
Winners will be randomly selected, and announced on the 6th of the following month. Prizes will be shipped on the 13th of the following month if the entrant has supplied a valid shipping address.
There are six different sweepstakes, two each in June, July and August 2012.
Prizes each month are:
a) $100 Gift Card from Peaceful Valley Farm & Garden Supply
b) iPad 3 ($499 value) OR a $500 Gift Card from Peaceful Valley Farm & Garden Supply
Choose one of three ways to enter for the $100 Gift Card:
1. Subscribe to our weekly how-to video emails at GrowOrganic.com/subscribe (date of subscription will determine month of sweepstakes entry).
or
2. Before you harvest, submit a photo of ripe fruit or vegetables to our photo contest at GrowOrganic.com/submit-photo (date of photo submission will determine month of sweepstakes entry).
or
3. Complete the entry form below (date of form submission will determine month of sweepstakes entry).
Choose one of two ways to enter for the iPad 3 or the $500 Gift Card:
1. Make a purchase online at GrowOrganic.com or in our Peaceful Valley farm & Garden Supply Grass Valley, CA retail store in the month of the contest (June, July or August) (date of purchase will determine month of sweepstakes entry).

2. Complete the entry form below (date of form submission will determine month of sweepstakes entry).
