PERIOD 1 – One (1) winner will be randomly selected based on the prize drawing schedule above from among all eligible Entries received for that Period to win a trip for two (2) to the X Games Los Angeles 2012 and an opportunity to participate as a Finalist in the Moto X GP Event (as defined below in Grand Prize Event).
PERIOD 2 – One (1) winner will be randomly selected based on the prize drawing schedule above from among all eligible Entries received for that Period if and only if a Ford driver wins the RallyCross Final Event.
Limit: One (1) selection as a Finalist per person or household; a given Entrant can win no more than one (1) Grand Prize.
GRAND PRIZE EVENT: There will be two (2) Grand Prize Events – 1) Moto X Best Trick Event - The confirmed Finalist(s) for Entry Period 1 and the On-Site drawing (as defined above) will be eligible to participate in the Grand Prize Event ("Moto X GP Event"), which is tentatively scheduled to take place on 6/29/12 during the Moto X Best Trick competition at X Games Los Angeles 2012 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA from 8:15 PM PST to 9:00 PM PST. Prior to the Moto X GP Event,
PRIZES /APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV):
Grand Prizes: Up to two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded. Each Grand Prize will consist of a 2013 Ford Focus ST (ARV $29,860). ARV is based on the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of a base model 2013 Ford Focus ST.
Period 1 Prize: Prize trip consists of round-trip, coach air travel for two (2) from the major commercial airport nearest winner's residence to Los Angeles, CA (or ground transportation if winner resides within a 200-mile radius of Los Angeles), four nights hotel accommodations from 6/28/12 – 7/2/12 (room & tax only, based on double occupancy), admission for two (2) to select X Games Los Angeles 2012 competitions, ground transportation (between airport/hotel and to and from Sponsor-selected X Games Los Angeles 2012 competitions and related activities), $500 cash and the opportunity to participate as a Finalist in the Moto X GP Event.
Travel guest must be at least 18 years of age. (ARV $4,500).
The minimum ARV of all prizes is $4,500; the maximum ARV of all prizes is $64,220.
