•Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States including the District of Columbia, who are physically located in the United States or the District of Columbia and are 18 or older at the time of entry, have a user account on Facebook and are a fan of Rayovac on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/Rayovac. If you do not meet any of these requirements or any other eligibility requirements in these Official Rules, you are not eligible to
win a prize, and Rayovac ("Sponsor") reserves the right not to award prizes to you. Employees, directors, officers and contractors of Rayovac and FLW and their respective immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each and Rayovac's and FLW's advertising and public relations agencies are not eligible to win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
•Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes starts at 12:01 a.m. (CDT) on June 15, 2012, and ends at 11:59 p.m. (CDT) on June 30, 2012 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes period to be eligible to win the Prize.

•How to Enter and Qualify: Starting at 12:01 a.m. on June 15, 2012 (CDT) through 11:59 p.m. (CDT) on June 30, 2012, entrants must:
•"Like" the Rayovac brand and products by clicking on the "Like" button on the Rayovac Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/Rayovac; and
•Go to the "Fishing Sweepstakes" tab on Rayovac's Facebook Page and click on the Fishing Sweepstakes click-through link taking the entrant directly to the Fishing Sweepstakes sign up widget at http://www.facebook.com/Rayovac

To be officially entered for a chance to win, participating entrants must follow the above mentioned sweepstakes requirements. Rayovac shall select four sweepstakes winners by July 15, 2012 at random using www.random.org. Sweepstakes judges may include employees or agents of Sponsor. The winners will be notified via the email address provided to Rayovac in the entrant information field in the private and secure form on the "Fishing Sweepstakes" tab on Rayovac's Facebook Page and Rayovac will post the winner's first name and last initial. All entries become the property of Rayovac. Rayovac reserves the right to use all entries in all print and current and future electronic media (except where prohibited by law), and to edit them for brevity and clarity. Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes once per the Sweepstakes Period and only one entry received from each email address will be eligible to win. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a participant, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account from which it was sent. The authorized account holder shall be the natural person to whom the applicable e-mail address has been assigned by the Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Odds of winning the prize (described below) will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
•Prizes: Rayovac will select one grand prize winner and three runners up winners at random using www.random.org from all entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The winners will receive the Prizes listed below. The Prizes will be delivered no later than July 31, 2012. If necessary due to unavailability of a prize component for any reason, prize components of equal or greater value may be awarded at the discretion of Rayovac. The winners are subject to verification. Rayovac is not responsible for any change in any entrant's e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. The winners will be required to comply with all instructions and documents in the e-mail notification. Failure to respond or return all required documents within 4 days of issuance by Rayovac may result in a winner being disqualified and an alternate winner selected. The decisions of the judges shall be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Subject to these Official Rules, the Grand Prize includes: a signed Jason Christie Jersey with an approximate retail value ("APV") of $50, a fishing pole with lures with an APV of $150, a Rayovac Camping Bundle with an APV of $59.96. Rayovac reserves the right to add additional prize components or delete prize components from this list. The Runner up prizes include: lures and a Rayovac Camping Bundle with an APV of $63.96.
•The total APV of the Grand Prize is $259.96. The total APV of all Prizes is $515.80 All federal, state, provincial and local tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of each winner. No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for a prize component is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion.


•Conditions: By entering this Sweepstakes each participant (a) affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding and (b) agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rayovac, FLW and Facebook from any claims arising from Rayovac's use or possession of participant's entry. Rayovac is not responsible for lost, late, or unintelligible entries, lost connections, inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, or other errors, miscommunications, failed transmissions, other technical difficulties or failures or any combination thereof. Rayovac reserves the right to terminate or modify this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules at any time for any reason including but not limited to any intervention with the Sweepstakes beyond the control of Rayovac, including but not limited to computer viruses, bugs, worms, tampering, fraud or other technical or security problems. In such a circumstance, Rayovac, may in its sole discretion, place a notice on the website and select the Prize winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received to date of termination. Rayovac reserves the right to disqualify entrants and/or or any of the winners that in Rayovac's sole discretion are acting in violation of the Official Rules or found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Sweepstakes or the website.

By entering the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rayovac, FLW and Facebook from any claim arising from Sponsor's use or possession of participant's entry. By accepting a Prize, each winner agrees that Rayovac, FLW and Facebook shall have no responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize or any prize component and the winners agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Rayovac and FLW and Facebook from and against any claims made by any third parties related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to winner or any other person (including, without limitation, death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Prize or any prize component or participation in this Sweepstakes.

By entering the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a Prize, the winners consent (except where prohibited by law) to the reasonable use by Sponsor of each winners' photograph, voice, likeness, and /or image, hometown address, contents of the entry form and the name of each winner without any further compensation or any future promotional activity related to this Sweepstakes, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Liability for any expenses, fees or charges not expressly included with a Prize or prize component will be the sole responsibility of each winner.
•The Winner will be notified via email by Rayovac and must provide Rayovac his/her shipping address to receive the Prize. By entering this Sweepstakes each entrant agrees to the use of his/her name and likeness and entry for Sweepstakes purposes (except where prohibited by law).

•Entrant's Personal Information: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.spectrumbrands.com and Facebook's privacy policy found at www.facebook.com. Entrants may receive occasional updates, special offers and other information from Sponsors Rayovac and FLW and it's affiliated and associated companies about their products and services and entrants' information may be shared with those companies. However, on any notice entrants receive, entrants will have the opportunity to choose not to receive any subsequent notices.
•Entire Agreement: These terms set forth the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating thereto, whether oral or written. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. .
