Jesus Christ, what's wrong with kids these days?

Karen Klein a 65 year old bus monitor is mercilessly bullied and verbally harassed by a group of middle schoolers on their way home from Athena Middle School in Greece, New York.

If I'm one of those teenagers, I would've marks caused by belt on my arms then sent to the woman's house to do chores for her but then we were thought since childhood at home and school to respect anyone older our age. Our manners is graded and included in our school report cards.

This is why I don't want kids. I know my generation wasn't the best, but the following one, are complete little shits.

She can buy a freaking Audi R8 with all that money and run over all those little bastards, and I would just look the other way.

Heck..she could probably hire personal hitmen for every single one of them. Go to jail, pay the bail, and STILL have enough money to live an awesome life.

No, my parents were paranoid about me for some reason. They bought the most expensive insurance policy they could get ($1,000,000 coverage) because they thought I would screw something up (besides having nothing that would indicate I would do idiotic crap...).

5.5 years later after my first driving test before I was in my first car accident. Annnddd...wasn't my fault either. I was pulled over in my rental car 2 weeks later by a cop and let go with a warning.

So yeah my parents did good.

However, if I ever have children..straight to private school. I dealt with private school up until middle school/high school.

I will definitely send my children (if it ever happens) to private for high school, or I will go bankrupt trying. I will not put them through the hellhole that was my high school. Never.

There's another side to this story. A canadian man saw the story on Reddit and decided to raise money to send her on a vacation. His goal was to raise 5 grand through online donations, but since starting the donation site 2 days ago he's raised over 350 grand. When I checked last night I think the total was over 360k; I'm not sure what it is now.

Yes these kids are little shits, but for every dumb ass neglectful parent who refuses to teach their kids manners, there's someone out there who wants to do the right thing.

Not even really knowing what these 'yellow buses' are since we never had them in any UK school system. I am simply taking the words at their semantic level. Arent they supposed to make sure the kids arent causing trouble and potentially distracting the bus driver.

Secondly isnt this a paid position ? Yes kids can be mean and heartless but she was being paid to keep them under control and obviously wasn't doing her job. If you cant take verbal insults would you really take a job on a school bus anyway. It would be like a vegan working at Mcdonalds and complaining about handling burgers.
